Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Grace Space Hair, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & booking

All appointments must be booked through the approved booking system or directly with Grace Space Hair.


Clients must be aged 18 or over to book services.


Guests and children are welcome to attend appointments where appropriate. However, clients should be aware that the salon is accessed via a steep staircase and may not be suitable for all accessibility needs.


Pets are not permitted within the salon.

Deposits & payments

All services require a deposit or advance payment to secure the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final bill.


For hair extension services, a 50% booking fee is required before the fitting appointment can be confirmed. This is due to the cost of ordering custom hair extensions and preparation time required.


Offers, discounts, referral schemes, and loyalty schemes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


Unless otherwise stated, all introductory offers and promotional discounts apply to first-time clients only.

Cancellations & no-shows

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.


Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit or advance payment being retained to cover the reserved appointment time.


Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a late cancellation, as sufficient time may no longer remain to safely and properly complete the service.


Following a late cancellation, no-show, or forfeited deposit, future appointments may require full payment upfront at the time of booking.

Hair extension services

All hair extension clients must complete the required consultation forms before a fitting appointment can proceed.


Grace Space Hair reserves the right to refuse extension services where consultation forms are incomplete, inaccurate, or where the hair condition is deemed unsuitable.


For insurance, quality control, and maintenance reasons, Grace Space Hair only works on extension installations completed by Grace Space Hair. Existing extension work completed elsewhere may need to be removed before a new fitting can take place.


Where removal services are appropriate, clients are encouraged to return to their original extension technician where possible.


Hair extension aftercare instructions must be followed carefully. Grace Space Hair cannot accept responsibility for damage, shedding, matting, reduced longevity, or other issues resulting from incorrect maintenance, poor aftercare, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow aftercare guidance.


Any warranty or adjustment policies relating to extensions may vary depending on the extension brand used and will be discussed during consultation and aftercare guidance.

Results & suitability

Results may vary depending on hair condition, previous chemical history, lifestyle, maintenance, and aftercare.


Grace Space Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

  • the hair condition is unsuitable

  • required information has not been disclosed

  • the service may compromise hair integrity

  • client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe

  • expectations are considered unrealistic or unachievable

Photography & social media

With separate consent, photographs and videos may be taken for social media, website, educational, or marketing purposes.


Clients may withdraw consent for future usage at any time by contacting Grace Space Hair. Reasonable efforts will be made to remove digital content where possible. However, this may not extend to previously distributed or printed materials.

Corrections & refunds

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Grace Space Hair within 14 days of your appointment so that the issue can be reviewed.


Corrections or adjustments are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused where aftercare guidance has not been followed or where services have been altered by another stylist.

Liability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information regarding:

 

  • hair history

  • allergies or sensitivities

  • medical conditions relevant to treatment

  • current medications or lifestyle factors that may affect results


Grace Space Hair cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during consultation or booking.

Communications

Clients are responsible for checking their spam or junk folders and ensuring that emails from Grace Space Hair can be received.

 

Grace Space Hair cannot be held responsible for missed communications due to emails being filtered, blocked, or redirected by the client's email provider.
